Returns Policy 

Note: Before initiating a return, review the return policy to determine eligibility based on specified criteria. Zippy Bedding accepts returns only for faulty products or incorrect deliveries, not for reasons such as changing your mind or product swapping.


How long do I have to make a return?

Zippy Bedding products can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, but only if the item is faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product.


How can I return an order by mail?

Returning your Zippy Bedding order by mail is a simple process. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Place the item(s) in original unused condition and packaging provided by Zippy Bedding.


Step 2: Obtain a return label by contacting customer support at sales@zippybedding.com.au and place it to the package.


Step 3: Drop off the package at any Australia Post store and retain the postage receipt as proof, and email the proof back to sales@zippybedding.com.au.



Can I cancel or change my online order?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, we regret to inform you that we are unable to amend order details or make changes to delivery or payment methods. Zippy Bedding is not liable for amendments after the order has been processed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing it to ensure it meets your requirements.

How Long Will It Take To Get A Refund?

Once your goods have been received by Zippy Bedding, please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be processed back to your account. You will receive an email confirming the credit, Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.



Who Gets The Refund If I Return A Gift?

The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.


What happens if an item I purchased is faulty/incorrect?

Zippy Bedding, take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. We will accept returns for all faulty goods only. Zippy Bedding will not refund or exchange if you decide that the item you have selected is not the right item for you.


What if I purchased with another retailer/ wholesaler?

Unfortunately we are only able to return goods purchased through our direct stores.


How Will I Be Refunded When I Return An Online Order?

Zippy Bedding provides the following return option for faulty, incorrectly delivered products:

  • your purchase is regarded as occurring in New South Wales & Western Australia, where our Head Office is based & warehouse;

Specific Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods on the Zippy Bedding Website

-You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when you submit an Order.

-Each Order you submit will be a separate and binding agreement between you and Zippy Bedding Online with respect to the supply of Goods, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


Placing Orders For Goods/ Acceptance and Rejection of Orders

- Orders made on the website via the electronic form are considered purchase offers at the specified price, inclusive of delivery fees and GST, note delivery fees maybe not included at times/ maybe extra.

- Submitted offers cannot be withdrawn without prior consent from Zippy Bedding.

- All orders are for personal and domestic use; contact for wholesale options.

- Provide accurate details for order processing and delivery; inaccuracies may result in non-resending of orders.

- Orders accepted for individuals aged 18 or over, or with parental/guardian consent, possessing an active email and accessible telephone number.

- Goods can be returned following the Returns Policy/ cannot be returned if you just change your mind.

- Consecutive orders cannot be consolidated, and each incurs a separate delivery fee.

- An automatic order number is provided upon submission and is necessary when contacting customer support, so please keep this number on hand when you email us at sales@zippybedding.com.au.


ZIPPY BEDDING - ORDERS

- Zippy Bedding reserves the right to accept or reject orders at any time and for any reason.

- Some products may be unavailable for delivery outside Australia due to legal or other restrictions.

- Order acceptance implies an agreement to supply goods according to the specified terms; acceptance occurs when goods are shipped.

- If an order is rejected, you will be notified within thirty business days via email, and Zippy Bedding is not liable for resulting losses.

- Refunds for rejected orders, if payment has been processed, will be made within thirty business days; processing time depends on your financial institution.

- Zippy Bedding is not responsible for losses due to refund processing delays.

- If unable to contact you, and reasonable attempts have been made, the order will be rejected.


Availability Of Goods

- Acknowledge that some goods on the website may be temporarily unavailable, and Zippy Bedding will attempt to contact you within seven business days.

- Efforts will be made to communicate if items are on back order, discussing new shipping time frames.

- Item prices, displayed in Australian Dollars on the website, include Goods and Services Tax (GST) shipping may or may not be included within the price. Zippy Bedding has the right to reserve to charge for shipping fees, that being a set rate or based off shipping facilities in Australia.

- Payment must be cleared before dispatch, and failed payments result in order rejection/ Zippy will not dispatch.

- Upon payment processing, you'll receive an email invoice.
